Welcome to Emerging, the official podcast of the Trout Unlimited and Costa 5 Rivers program. 5 Rivers is a national network of TU-affiliated college fly fishing clubs seeking to engage college, students, through community outreach and fishing trips. Our goal is to create positive change within the TU Costa 5 Rivers community and beyond by amplifying intelligent, diverse, and positive voices. Young anglers are essential to conservation. Trout Unlimited is the premier group that engages this "headwaters" group of anglers. In this episode, we are joined by TU staff and expedition participants to learn more about how TU Expeditions are engaging high school and college aged students in leadership, conservation, teambuilding, and fly fishing.
